Three-year exclusive distribution agreement
to advance intelligent spray automation across Thailand
On July 2, 2026, XTRITON signed a three-year exclusive distribution agreement with K CONSULTING AND SUPPLY CO., LTD. (KCNS), formally appointing KCNS as the exclusive distributor of the XTRITON Intelligent Spray Robot Series throughout Thailand.
Under the agreement, KCNS will be responsible for business development, sales, live equipment demonstrations, technical training, equipment installation, and after-sales technical support throughout Thailand. The agreement marks an important step in XTRITON’s continued expansion across Southeast Asia and strengthens its local technical support capabilities in the Thai automotive refinishing market.
The signing ceremony was attended by KCNS Chief Executive Officer Sajjawatchara Srisawasdi, Project Manager Watchara (Kew) Sriswasdi, and XTRITON General Manager Huang Chung-Cheng. The representatives jointly completed the agreement signing and the presentation of the official authorization for exclusive distribution in Thailand.
From Equipment Evaluation to a Long-Term Strategic Partnership
The partnership began on January 22, 2026, when the KCNS team first visited XTRITON in Taiwan to discuss distribution opportunities, product applications, and future service arrangements for the Thai market.
During the visit, the KCNS team observed a live demonstration of the XTRITON PG-90E Intelligent Spray Robot and evaluated its robotic spray performance, operational workflow, and coating results. The XTRITON team also provided a detailed walkthrough of the tablet-based control interface, including system setup, spray program selection, operating procedures, and system operation.
Following the initial visit, both companies continued their technical discussions and market assessment. The parties concluded that the XTRITON Intelligent Spray Robot Series aligned closely with KCNS’s existing strengths in collision repair equipment sales, body shop planning, technical training, and on-site support. This shared business focus laid the foundation for the exclusive distribution agreement signed on July 2, 2026.
Combining KCNS’s Local Expertise with XTRITON’s Intelligent Spray Technology
With operations in Bangkok and Khon Kaen, KCNS provides automotive body repair and refinishing equipment, body shop planning, workshop integration, technical training, after-sales technical support, and operational consulting.
KCNS serves automotive dealerships, authorized body repair centers, large collision repair facilities, and automotive technical training institutions. Its established customer network, equipment sales experience, and technical service capabilities are closely aligned with the target applications of the XTRITON Intelligent Spray Robot Series.
Through this partnership, XTRITON and KCNS will combine local market knowledge, customer access, equipment integration capabilities, and training resources to build a complete product demonstration, installation, and technical support network in Thailand.
Advancing Standardized Automotive Refinishing Through Intelligent Automation
Many collision repair centers in Thailand continue to rely heavily on skilled technicians for manual body repair and spray operations, supported by vehicle measuring systems, frame straightening equipment, welding systems, spray booths, and curing equipment.
Because manual spraying depends on individual experience, differences in spray distance, spray gun speed, spray overlap, and operating technique can affect cycle time and finish consistency. The XTRITON PG-90E Intelligent Spray Robot is designed to support a more standardized refinishing process by improving repeatability and reducing variation between operators.
The system is not intended to replace skilled refinishing professionals. Instead, it supports technicians by automating repeatable spray processes, allowing experienced personnel to focus on surface preparation, color matching, quality inspection, and complex repair decisions.

Under the agreement, KCNS will develop local capabilities across the full customer journey for the XTRITON Intelligent Spray Robot Series, including:
- Nationwide promotion and sales of the XTRITON Intelligent Spray Robot Series
- Application planning for automotive dealerships and large collision repair centers
- Live equipment demonstrations and customer evaluation programs
- Equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training
- Local after-sales technical support and maintenance services
- Integration with KCNS body shop planning and technical training services
XTRITON will provide technical documentation, application expertise, equipment training, and technical support to help KCNS deliver effective deployment programs for automotive dealerships, authorized body repair centers, large collision repair facilities, and training institutions throughout Thailand.
Expanding Technical Training and Workforce Development Between Taiwan and Thailand
In addition to equipment sales and after-sales technical support, both companies will continue to evaluate long-term cooperation in technical training and workforce development. By combining KCNS’s training resources with XTRITON’s field experience in intelligent spray automation, the partnership aims to establish a more systematic training framework for equipment operation and automotive refinishing applications.
The companies will also explore future workforce training initiatives that may support both the Thai service network and the workforce needs of Taiwan’s automotive repair and refinishing sectors. These initiatives are intended to promote cross-border technical exchange and help address the industry’s long-term shortage of skilled personnel.
