XTRITON Showcases Intelligent Spray Robot at Automechanika KL 2026
Growing Demand for Intelligent Coating Solutions
As the automotive market in Southeast Asia continues to expand, the vehicle repair and automotive refinishing industry is increasingly facing challenges such as labor shortages, quality consistency, and technical skill transfer. In coating processes that require long working hours and high levels of expertise, maintaining stable spray quality and operational efficiency has become a critical issue for many repair centers and large-scale body shops.
XTRITON has long focused on the development of intelligent coating equipment. By integrating AI algorithms, machine vision, and intelligent path-planning technologies, its systems can quickly identify different vehicle models and coating areas, automatically calculate optimal spray trajectories, reduce human error, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Compared with traditional painting methods, intelligent solutions not only reduce labor demands but also enhance coating consistency and overall finishing quality, supporting the industry's transition toward data-driven and standardized operations.
XTRITON Showcases Core AI Intelligent Coating Technologies
At this exhibition, XTRITON will highlight its core AI Intelligent Spray Technology, featuring advanced biomimetic coating capabilities designed to replicate the logic and techniques of professional spray painters. Through a high-precision machine vision system, the technology can rapidly identify vehicle structures and coating areas while dynamically adjusting spray gun distance, movement speed, and overlap patterns in real time.
The XTRITON PG-90E Intelligent Spray Robot features:
- AI-powered vehicle recognition
- 360-degree intelligent spray coverage
- Modular quick-release spray gun design
- Cloud-based remote control and management
- Reduced material waste and overspray issues
By integrating intelligent automation into coating operations, the system not only improves production efficiency but also reduces dependence on highly skilled labor, helping the automotive refinishing industry establish more stable, standardized, and repeatable workflows.
XTRITON Strengthens Its ASEAN Market Expansion
In recent years, the ASEAN region has become one of the most important growth markets in the global automotive industry. Markets including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia are actively adopting smart manufacturing and automation technologies to enhance overall industrial competitiveness.
XTRITON’s participation in Automechanika Kuala Lumpur 2026 not only reflects the brand’s continued expansion across Southeast Asia, but also represents a significant step forward for Taiwan’s intelligent automotive equipment technologies on the global stage.
Moving forward, XTRITON will continue integrating AI technologies, automation systems, and industry expertise to help the global automotive refinishing industry improve operational efficiency, coating quality, and management capabilities, driving the automotive service industry toward a smarter and more reliable future.
