According to real-time testing feedback, spray precision errors can be controlled within ±0.05 mm, representing a significant improvement in consistency compared to the ±5 mm tolerance typical of traditional manual work. The system also supports switching among up to 86 paint formulations with intelligent memory functions, making it especially suitable for Japan’s diverse, small-batch automotive repair environments. In response to Japan’s strict regulations on workplace safety and environmental emissions, the system is designed in compliance with ATEX international explosion-proof certification standards. It is equipped with a self-developed VMS-ML intelligent monitoring module that can track machine operating status in real time and detect abnormal behavior within 0.2 seconds, significantly enhancing operational safety and reducing workplace risks.
On the environmental front, high-efficiency spray algorithms combined with electrostatic adhesion principles effectively reduce paint overspray and waste, achieving an average paint usage savings of approximately 20%.
